    We had a great experience working with Yoav and the Quicksilver Realty team. They helped us view a condo virtually (since we lived out of state at the time) and navigate the leasing process with ease from a distance. When we arrived, the condo was even better than we imagined. The rental price was fair and we were pleased with the quickness of any maintenance needs being taken care of during our year there. We would use Yoav and Quicksilver again!

    Renting from them was a complete nightmare. The tub was peeling they would not fix it. The refrigerator had missing shelves before renting the apt they would not fix. Had to beg for a new refrigerator. While renting there the kitchen sink was leaking so bad that it flooded through the downstairs apartment. The leasing agent still would not fix. There were so many bugs, nets, and cat hair before moving in. The closet door kept falling off the hinges. This has been the worst experience of my life. These people are bias, want you to pay too dollars for a moldy apt. We decided to break our lease and take a loss. The apartment was definitely not worth the price we were paying. Plus the services and treatment from the leasing agent played a part as well.

    I am the owner/landlord of the townhouse that “theaustincowart” rented from. Yoav Lachover and the Quicksilver team have been managing this townhouse (as well as several others) very successfully for many years. The condition in which his townhouse was returned upon his end of lease term, represented nothing but neglect and careless. In a very short time we were forced to perform a lot of work to allow a new satisfied tenant to take ownership of the house (just like he did). For all the potential landlords out there, I would strongly recommend not to lease any kind of property to this person under any circumstances!

    Dealing with Yoav has been an absolute nightmare. He has been wildly unprofessional and punitive as a landlord. We have dealt with inefficient service, repairs and processes the entire 4 years we rented. I am beyond thankful to be done with our lease and encourage everyone else to work with anyone else.
